At FinancialLease.nl, we build smart digital solutions every day that help thousands of entrepreneurs achieve their business ambitions. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can provide direction for our technology, architecture, and development teams.

... develop and maintain complex software solutions while remaining actively involved in the codebase.

... oversee the technical architecture and ensure sustainable decisions that support our long-term vision.

... coach and mentor developers in both their technical and personal growth.

... improve the quality of our engineering practices through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and the continuous enhancement of development standards.

... act as a technical sparring partner for both internal colleagues and external partners.

• A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €7,500, depending on your knowledge, experience, and the value you bring to the team.

What do you bring?

• Experience & Knowledge: You have a bachelor's or master's level of thinking and working, combined with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in software development. You have extensive experience with software architecture, complex integrations, and modern cloud environments.

• Technical Expertise: You have experience with React, modern web applications, AWS/cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps principles. Experience with C#, Salesforce integrations, or AI-assisted development is a strong plus.

• Communication: You communicate clearly with developers, management, and business stakeholders. You are comfortable asking critical questions and can confidently explain and defend technical decisions.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think ahead, take ownership, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You bring structure without slowing down innovation.

• Personality: You are pragmatic, analytical, and decisive. You enjoy collaborating with others, remain calm under pressure, and are energized by solving complex challenges.
