Software Developer

FinancialLease.nl is looking for a Software Developer for its Digital Innovation team, to help improve the quality of our software!

FinancialLease.nl is an intermediary in automotive and financial services that is driven by IT. The Digital Innovation team has the main objective to make the experiences for our users (internal and external) as smooth as possible with the solutions that we offer. We do so by building software that bests suits the solution, rather than sticking to specific technology or stacks. Our stacks include React-Native/Typescript, PHP/Symfony, eMagiz, AWS and amplify.

The job

As a senior software developer you are responsible for overseeing the development projects and take the lead in developing and maintaining the current software projects. You see the value of an iPaaS, especially in an environment where we connect multiple services together, to let data flow from several REST APIs to and from our SalesForce environment. In our case full stack, also means the right stack, or multi-stack, because the applications that we have all have different stacks. A shortlist contains: React Native, Typescript, Python, C# and PHP.

Together with the Technical Lead you will see that implementations are feasible and support our PO with technical questions. You oversee complex projects and get a kick from successes.

You conduct code reviews and make sure that the code quality is consistent and improving. You take the lead in technical solutions and projects and know when to delegate. You feel responsible for your own personal development and are a coach and mentor the junior developers. You are interested in developments in the field and love to share your knowledge with the team.
