Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us professionalize and modernize our Salesforce environment.

We're in a transition phase: improving our technical quality and making our Salesforce platform future-proof. And you'll play a key role in that!

What will you do?

A typical day is a mix of building, refactoring, and thinking critically about technical quality. You work autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned. You will:

• Take ownership of complex Apex development: classes, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and REST services.

• Refactor and modernize legacy code, improving performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Drive code quality through thorough test coverage, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Apex, flows, and integrations

What we offer:

• A gross monthly salary (FTE) between €5,500 and €7,000

• Premium-free pension, profit-sharing, 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and a one-time home office allowance of €500 net.

• You can work between 32 and (preferably) 40 hours per week.

Who are you?

• Experience & knowledge: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with solid Apex skills (triggers, asynchronous patterns, governor limit management). A Bachelor's degree in IT is a big plus.

• Technical depth: Proven experience with integrations (REST, Platform Events, External Services), Salesforce security model, and platform best practices. Working knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.

• Communication & collaboration: You work independently but communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English,willingness to learn Dutch.

• Pragmatic & down-to-earth: You're a team player who asks questions, gives and receives feedback without taking it personally, and bases opinions on research.

• Transition mindset: You're not looking for a perfect environment. You can handle complexity and see this as an opportunity to make impact.

• Location: You live within 50km of Maarssen and are able to be in the office for at least 3 days a week.
